5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, a full refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or sessions that have already commenced are not eligible for a refund, due to resource and schedule commitments. However, you may reschedule one session at no extra cost, provided the new date falls within 30 days of the original appointment.

5.2 Information Products

Digital resources are available for preview prior to finalizing a purchase. Given the immediate nature of access, purchases are final once access is granted. If a file is defective or fails to download, please notify us within 7 days of the purchase date to request a refund.

5.3 Merchandise

Unused merchandise in original packaging may be sent back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping for sending back items is at your expense unless the item is defective; in such cases, leadarena covers the cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the sent back item via the original payment method.

6. Modifications to Terms

leadarena reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our site.
